PA6 Technical Data
|
Description:
DL300095 is made of PA6 which is a kind of plastic sheet , this plastic sheet is made of a kind of strong water imbibition translucent or opaque milk white crystal polymer trough extrusion processing. It also can be black, green or gray color if required. The advantages of this kind of material are that it has good elasticity, excellent flatness performance, excellent mechanics, high strength, good toughness and good wear resistance, as well as self-lubrication and solvent resistance. But when the surrounding environment is higher than 80℃, it is easy to burn, and if under damp environment, long-term high load use will decrease PA6’s impact strength.
Physical characteristics:
DL300095 PA6 material with low melting point, process a wide temperature range. Its impact
resistance is good, but water absorption is strong.
