The SB500 Material
Product Description:
The material SB500 is a SUS304 H/2 material which is treated by plating Ni and surface finish. It is mainly used as a reinforcement plate for FPC. SB500 has excellent physical properties including hardness, electrical conductive, and punch processing. Moreover, with black matte surface, SB500 has very good laser barcoding capability.
Application and Advantage:
1. Good punching etching, bending and carving performance;
2. Excellent electrical conductive capability for shielding or grounding;
3. As FPC reinforcement plate specially grounding function is required;
4. If laser barcode onto material surface, very good barcode quality for scanning;
5. Compliance with environmental regulations;
6. Excellent surface hardness and strong abrasion resistance capability.
